Loading: Transport was booked with next-day pick-up scheduled by customers between 08:00-10:00 a.m.
Our driver was ready at the pick-up place in Eindhoven right before 08:00 a.m. and contacted the person responsible for the loading.
Thanks to the truck equipped with a tail-lift, the loading operation took only 20 minutes. After truck, all bikes were carefully secured inside the truck with transport straps, according to the customers’ needments.
Transit: Track&Trace team monitored whole transport via internal platform
Customer also had all the information with real-time order status updates in our free, SPACE platform.
Unloading: Drop-off was scheduled on the next-day morning during business hours (08:00-16:00). Our driver was at place just before 11:00 a.m. and all the cargo reached its destination in the perfect condition.
